  In the Servants' Quarter there is a random animal boss (bat/dog/spider) for your instance. The trash in the basement gives away which one it is immediately. Clear this trash to spawn the boss, sometimes requires killing a few repops.
  
• Maiden of Virtue
  From the entrance turn right, go up a long flight of stairs, then right again up a switch-back stair, then turn right and you'll be in the "ladies'" wing. Boss at the end of the hallway.
  
• Opera House: Romulo and Julianne
• Opera House: The Crone
• Opera House: The Big Bad Wolf
  Random boss per instance. From entrance turn right, up the stairs, then right and up the switch-back stair, then straight forward to the opera house. Go to the right to get back stage and start the boss event.
  
• Nightbane
• The Curator
  From Opera House stage, exit stage right go up 2 flights of stairs and then ascend the broken stair. Boss blocks entrance to the library.
